Human Resources Director

Key Responsibilities include: Align business and HR strategy in highly matrixed, global environment. Establish and implement short-term and long-term strategies to drive business growth and results. Partner with SBG HR and One-Country HR teams on HR aspects of key business processes including strategic planning (STRAP), annual operating plan (AOP) and management resource review (MRR). Lead key HRprocesses including talent development, performance management, and compensation planning with support from the HR Centers of Excellence (COE).   Create an environment of positive employee relations, keep confidentiality, establish trust and credibility, seen by employees as approachable and fair, balance business needs with employee needs, and spend significant time interfacing directly with client base. Manage talent acquisition, assessment, development, and retention.   Drive organizational effectiveness and change initiatives. Execute against labor and employee relations strategies; union free where legally permissible.  Lead OEF initiatives right and fast; enabling the business to meet financial commitments. Foster employee retention & engagement. Understand the employee experience especially in manufacturing sites to drive right actions to improve retention & engagement. Drive and support operational excellence through Honeywell Operating System (HOS). Drive repositioning ideation for HPS ISC.  Manage approved site transition and repositioning projects.  Attributes and Skills Sought: Strong ability to influence and coach leaders, including director and VP level clients. Previous experience working in complex, global businesses that demonstrates an understanding of how to effectively manage/balance cultural and organizational dynamic nuances. Capability to quickly understand business objectives and partner effectively with business leaders to help them through HR solutions. Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and tasks under tight time frames. Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment. Customer focused, both internally and externally. Strategic business partner and change agent. Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills. Strong employee relations skills, including ability to work in teams and drive positive employee relations. Works effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
