Sr. Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager, Conveyor Solutions, will provide product direction for sub-system solutions such as print and apply, poly bag handling, merging and flow optimization solutions. The Product Marketing Manager will provide requirements for the development of sub-system solutions, provide a coordination role across various product managers and development groups, as well as provide marketing support. The Product Marketing Manager will coordinate and execute the product launch activities for the solutions.
The Product Marketing Manger will be responsible for;
Defining market requirements for new solutions, features and capabilities
Defining and maintaining solutions road maps
Coordinating with Product Managers to align product and solutions road maps
working with cross-functional development to manage release milestones
Conducting and maintaining competitive analysis information working with sales, operational solutions development, estimating, projects and service to ensure clear understanding of capabilities
Development of sales, solutions development, marketing and training product aides
Working with Strategic Sourcing on manufacturing, stocking and relationship management to balance cost vs. performance
Working with the Customer Service team to define the development organization capability to support their product lines
Working with Marketing on promotion, digital and thought leadership product assets
Undergraduate degree, MBA or equivalent preferred
3 or more years of product marketing and/or product management experience
Technical background, experience related to material handling equipment and conveyance technologies preferred
Must be self-starter able to manage vision and purpose, be results oriented, and have strong interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills
Possess a strategic mind set, and tactical accountability for results with a sense of urgency to realize
goals
Excellent teamwork skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft office suite, including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. (AutoCAD and MRP/ERP system experience is a plus.)
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, including overnight and international travel.ExemptCareers at Honeywell - EngineeringINCLUDES
