This role shall serve on the Global Mobility Support Leadership team and the primary responsibilities shall include, but is not limited to, the following:
Global Mobility Support Vendor Management- Supporting day to day operations relating to Service Provider/ Supplier engagement and performance. Driving day to day GMS vendor accountability relating to relocations, tax support and immigration. Supporting the Request for proposal RFP and e-auction process relating to GMS Vendors.
Global Mobility Support Business Partnering- Providing Business partnering support and serving as First Point of Contact to the Corporate Strategic Business Group on all Talent Mobility needs.
You Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree
5 years Global Mobility Services - GMS
3 years' Experience managing Suppliers
We Value:
Business Partnership experience a strong track record of partnering with internal customer experience
Writing RFPs, SOWs, SLAs working with supplier management
Managing suppliers & escalations
Strong Data & Analytics strong PowerPoint and excel skills
Project management experience
Innovative thinking- right and fast- think and execute quickly, work with urgency and drive the right results and quality.
GMS finance expertise, partnering with Corp Finance and Intercompany accounting including supplier billing, supplier audits, and expat finance process
