Logistics Management Specialist

Primary responsibility is warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and inventory management (receipt, stocking, replenishment etc.), including Apheresis receipt and final product packaging.
Accurate/timely data entry ‚€ĘProvides on the floor training/re-enforcement of lean principles ‚€ĘProficient in various operating systems, including but not limited to TRACKWISE, ESOPs, LIMS, SAP, etc. ‚€ĘFollow-up communication to resolve outstanding issues with internal and external customers. ‚€ĘCoordination of shipping, receiving, storage and processing of goods. May include im-ports/exports. ‚€ĘMay play a role on the Site Material Review Board working closely with Site Finance team. ‚€ĘLead teams to assure inventory accuracy. ‚€ĘLoad and unload trucks using industrial equipment. ‚€Ę Inspect and verify material, labels and documents for completeness and accuracy ‚€ĘTransfer material to proper storage areas ‚€ĘWork with maintenance staff scheduling PM's for the warehouse equipment. ‚€ĘAbility to operate all applicable warehouse computer systems ‚€ĘBe able to cross train in other warehouse and final product shipping functions ‚€ĘBe able to record neat and accurate documentation ‚€ĘActively participate and support all site and team projects and initiatives ‚€ĘAct in accordance with Novartis values and behaviors ‚€ĘComplete applicable required job specific training, cGMP, HS&E, Dangerous Goods, etc. ‚€ĘSupport the ordering of warehouse supplies. ‚€ĘCoordinate the pickup and destruction of both Non-hazardous waste and hazardous waste ‚€ĘDepartmental SME, representing department and participating in customer and internal tours ‚€ĘMay require to work on shifts covering daytime / evening and one or both weekend days. ‚€Ę Familiar and capable of using MS office suite Leadership, Values and Behaviours ‚€ĘCourteous/professional interaction with internal and external customers ‚€ĘTroubleshoots challenging issues. ‚€ĘTakes ownership of quality issues and implements improvements ‚€ĘBrings new ideas for continuous improvement and drives implementation ‚€ĘLeads team based initiatives to increase the productivity. ‚€ĘTranslates customer needs into actionable items. ‚€ĘDevelops and communicates innovative solutions to production issues independently ‚€ĘDemonstrates leadership skills on a consistent basis ‚€ĘPerform a variety of duties to support team objectives. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
