Senior Technical Program Manager, Fort Washington, PA.
The Sr Technical Program Manager will oversee the end to end product development from planning to execution to product launch of integrated electronic, mechanical and software based industrial control and Internet of Things (IoT) products. The program manager will be expected to manage multiple end to end projects simultaneously while working with widely dispersed global development teams.
Key Responsibilities include:
Program Leadership - Must be very effective in communicating expectations, aligning, and energizing, cross-functional teams.
Planning - Lead and manage establishment of aggressive but realistic and comprehensive plans for new product development and deployment.
Drive Program Execution - Provide strong leadership to globally dispersed cross functional teams with uncompromising drive to meet program targets.
Risk & Opportunity Management - Pro-active management of risks and opportunities ensuring that appropriate actions are planned and executed for risk mitigation and opportunity achievement. Organizational Engagement - Engages all levels of Management across the organization by exception to resolve resource conflicts, remove roadblocks, & implement risk mitigations.
Work scope and Change Control - Direct and manage the process of scope definition and change control, including estimating and negotiations of program contract and scope variations.
Program Status - Focal for reporting status of programs at various levels of the organization.
Deliver hardware into factory for turn and follow hardware pm processes.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in a Science or Engineering related field
WE VALUE:
8 years program management or project leadership experience
5 years of proven experience developing integrated products
3 years of proven experience working in a diversified, global product development environment
Six Sigma Greenbelt certification
Ability to communicate and work effectively with internal and external customers at all organizational levels
Ability to effectively lead, manage, and energize cross-functional teams across multiple sites
Ability to quickly assess unclear, complex, and ambiguous situations and reduce into distinct, clear, timely, and stable direction for the development team
Understand development methodologies - hardware / software
Working knowledge of AgileSCRUM methodology
Negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups; settle differences with minimum noise; win concessions without damaging relationships; be both direct and diplomatic; gains trust quickly of other parties; has a good sense of timing
Excellent problem solving skills
Proficiency with MS Project tool, including ability to create and maintain complex schedules
