HR EMPLOYER SOLUTIONS seeks a Real Estate Coordinator for Top Producing Agent in Morris Plains, NJ.
To perform this job successfully while supporting the Top Producing Agent, the ideal candidate must have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and be detail-oriented. The candidate must be extremely organized due to volume of work and possess superior customer service skills. The individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and independently. Be able to adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
o Assists with all contracts through closing
o Be the point of contact on customer inquiries or complaints
o Ensure the Agent is informed regarding any problems or issues that need immediate attention
o Monitors internal key log and updates the log throughout the day and ensures key(s) is/are returned in a timely manner
o Processes credit checks
o Ensures all Listing Showing instructions are properly posted to Showing time (Appointment Call Center)
o Ensures leases generated are scanned into "dropbox" and posted to an Excel sheet
o Tends to all office equipment (postage machine/copier/facsimile/printer) and ensures all areas are maintained, replenished and well kept
o Ensures all marketing material is updated online and where displayed throughout office space
o Maintains schedules and schedules appointments, meetings and training sessions when needed
o Answer/screen telephone calls and direct the calls accordingly
o Sorts mail and creates files and maintains file system
o Other duties as assigned by Agent
JOB REQUIREMENTS/Qualifications:
o College degree is highly preferred
o 2+ years' experience in real estate environment is preferred
o 2-4 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant and/or Receptionist is highly preferred
o Ability to navigate well on a computer
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
o Ability to think creatively and strategically, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
o Must be self-motivated, team oriented, have a collaborative approach with a positive attitude in a fast pace environment
o Ability to learn other databases, including contract management systems and web-based software, if necessary
o NJ Real Estate license is a plus
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
Ability to comprehend, be articulate and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask relevant questions to ensure understanding. Ability to effectively present information to an internal group, if needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
