A full-time position assisting with day to day office support operations and providing administrative support services to program.
Prepares and/or composes documents including, but not limited to, correspondence, weekly team meeting minutes, psychiatric evaluations, reports, contracts, forms, financial documents, agency referral documentation and other administrative documents.
Answers all phone calls, provide information to callers when possible, direct calls to appropriate staff.
Welcomes visitors and ensure that they are announced and met by appropriate staff.
Monitors office supplies and coordinates purchasing of office and program supplies.
Files documents as needed and sorts faxes that arrive, forwards mail to appropriate staff, receive packages and ensures they are directed to appropriate employees.
Ensures all information received and exchanged remains confidential at all times.
Oversees maintenance of office areas and office equipment.

High School Diploma and minimum of 4 years related experience.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
